To further our industrial upgrading, we have established a new aluminum die casting foundry — a major step in strengthening vertical integration and manufacturing capabilities.
Our facilities include die casting machines ranging from 138 to 816 tons. The 816-ton unit is equipped with robotic arms for improved efficiency and consistency. In addition, we utilize advanced testing systems such as the ZEISS CONTURA coordinate measuring machine, Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), and X-ray inspection equipment, all designed to enhance automation and quality assurance.
This expansion not only strengthens our production capabilities but also creates new opportunities to better serve our customers’ diverse needs.
